Cleanup Our Local Waterways Fall 2017

Cleanup Our Local Waterways kicks-off on 9/2 and runs through 9/16.  

 

Sept 2nd, 9 am- 12pm, Conway Riverwalk Park at the end of Elm Street in Conway, SC.  We will kick-off Cleanup Our Local Waterways with a cleanup at the Conway Riverwalk Park and a Kindness Rocks Painting Party.  Visit our Kindness Rocks Project Page here.

Sept 2nd through the 16th, Cleanup Our Local Waterways Adopters and Volunteers cleanup all along the Waccamaw River.  For more information, please visit our Waccamaw River Cleanups Facebook Group.

All Adopt-a-Landing adopters should schedule a cleanup at their respective landings during our Cleanup Our Local Waterways two-week initiative.  

Once you have scheduled your cleanup, please inform us by emailing April O'Leary, Program Officer and add your cleanup to our Waccamaw River Cleanups Facebook Group.  Please contact us if you have any questions and give us two week advanced notice if you need supplies.  We provide gloves, trash bags, pickers, stream team bags and first aide kits.
